While attending art school, I began taking art education courses, intending to apply art ed concepts artistically. This sent me revisiting where I’d left off as a child in my own spontaneous drawing. At first I was interested in tracing my mind as it rushed to make sense of what I was doing. I pictured the blank piece of paper as a room waiting to be activated by my inner dialogue. The drawings have since then evolved into an exploration of my own creative crisis, into why and when I feel like I’m making mistakes.
